These terms govern your use of Itabaki, a property management platform for landlords, agencies and tenants. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Itabaki provides tools for managing properties, units, tenants, leases, billing, utilities, maintenance, reporting, payments and related communications. Features may evolve; we aim to give notice of material changes.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Organisation administrators are responsible for the users they invite and the permissions they grant.
• You are responsible for the data you upload and for having a lawful basis to process it.

Paid plans are billed as described in the app. Payment collection services (for example mobile money) may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Fees for those services are set by the providers.

• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use the service to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited communications.
• We may suspend accounts that threaten the security or integrity of the platform.

You retain ownership of the data you put into Itabaki. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service available and reliable but it is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what the law requires. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
